每年的第七期都是学刊一个特殊重要的时刻，本期学刊也因此将大量的版面和关注给予了毕业生作品展和毕业典礼，希望各位同学继续发扬“崇德尚艺，力学力行”的校训精神，在自己今后的道路上辉煌发展。

在《今日人物》栏目，本期则推出我校的知名艺术家袁文彬先生，他的油画创作色彩绚烂，表现敏感，他是一位至今坚守绘画，并以自己的努力和自己的才情给绘画带来当代活力的艺术家。

本期的《史论经纬》栏目收录了许多天美师生的新近研究成果。张小庄先生的《汉〈西岳华山庙碑〉书人考》考证严谨，立论精谨。许多老师同学都在各自的研究角度上力求创见力求突破，让我们看到了天津美院理论发展的巨大潜力。

Every year, the seventh issue is very important, because many pages will be devoted to the graduates of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and their graduation ceremony. We hope that they will pursue in their future careers the spirit of our school motto “Striving for Integrity and Artistry, Enhancing Learning and Practice”.

Figures of Today of this issue surveys Mr. Yuan Wenbin, a well-known artist of TAFA, whose oil paintings feature bright colors and sensitive expressions. As a devoted and persistent artist he contributes to the vigor of contemporary painting.

In Art History and Theories we present recent research results of teachers and students from TAFA. Mr. Zhang Xiaozhuang’s “A Study of the Calligrapher for the Tablet Inscription in the Mount Hua Temple” provides wellgrounded, rigorous arguments. Their innovative perspectives reveal the tremendous prospect of theoretical studies at TAFA.
